Register and Login into your Comdata Card Account

All Comdata cardholders are entitled to an online access of their account for their convenience. All they need to do is activate and register their account online. The process is simple and straightforward as described in this guide. After registering your account, you may already login into your account to start managing it. How to Register for a Comdata Card Account

  1. Visit Comdata Cardholder Services page at reference link 1.
  2. Click on CLICK HERE TO REGISTER found at the left section of the page under ‘Cardholders Register Here’.
  3. Enter your card number and the activation code provided by your employer.
  4. Click on Next.
  5. Create a username composed of up to 16 letters and numbers.
  6. Enter your email address.
  7. Create a password composed of 8-20 characters with at least 1 letter and 1 number. Password is case-sensitive.
  8. Confirm your password by re-entering it.
  9. Set up a security question and provide an answer to the question.
  10. Click on Submit.

How to Login into your Comdata Card Account

  1. Visit Comdata Cardholder Services page at reference link 1.
  2. Enter your username and password into the sections provided.
  3. Click on Log In.
  4. If you forgot your username: click on the link for username just below ‘Are you a new user?’. Enter your card number and email address into the sections provided. Click on Submit Request. Your username will be sent to your email address.
  5. If you forgot your password: click on the link for password just below ‘Are you a new user?’. Enter your username and email address into the sections provided. Click on Submit Request. Check your email for instructions on how to reset your password.
