Take Part in the EE Feedback Survey

Companies value the feedback of their customers as it is because of them that they are able to improve their products and services. EE, the merger between T-Mobile and Orange, is one of the few companies to collect feedback specifically regarding the Help page of their website. By having this kind of survey, EE will be able to make their Help page be more accessible and exhaustive for their customers. This will not only be of benefit to their customers but also to EE itself as it will limit complaints to be handled by their customer service team. So if you have tried looking into the Help page of EE, help them improve this particular page just by taking part in a short survey.

About EE

EE was founded in 2010 with its headquarters stationed in Hatfield, United Kingdom. It was previously known as Everything Everywhere and is the result of the merger between Orange S.A. and T-Mobile. With this merger, EE became known as one of the largest and leading providers of telecommunication products and services in Europe.
